Everything is great here, had a such great stay for the night I attended.

The staff was exceptional, I will never forget them. Its location was unbeatable, just next door to a near by convenience store, and Mundelein on business. Café Panera Bread located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.

Internet needs major improvement - Having to sign on every time you enter the hotel or want to use the internet is a MAJOR pain.

NOT A BAD EXPERIENCE BUT THE FACILITY IS STILL IN THE PROCESS OF BEING RENOVATED. IT'S A BIT MESSY AND THE ELEVATORS DON'T WORK.

The rooms here are bright and modern, plus they come with a relaxing jet tub for a nice soak. 👌 Enjoy a yummy free breakfast during your stay, and the beds are super soft for a good night’s sleep.

We were so happy with the new pool. The young man at the desk was very informative. He was very nice .

Not too bad that we need to climb the stairs to go for breakfast. We saw patrons that were having difficulties walking, no less walking up the 3 or 4 steps.

Great update on the rooms! 👌 They are spacious and come with a large TV, a full bathroom, and four comfy pillows. The breakfast is top-notch with a variety of choices including ham and delicious regular & blueberry waffles.

Would have been nice to know it was undeer construction.

I loved this place, it was recently renovated and spotless, plus it's in a great spot close to a convenience store.

- Good well-run hotel with excellent staff - Newly renovated rooms are nicely done

- The internet at this property, compared to other hotels, remains sub- standard. Having to log on every time you use it is a major pain. Even economy hotels don't do this to their guests! - During the course of ongoing renovations, the hot food kitchen has been taken out! (For more accommodation space?). If this means the hot-food buffet previously served for breakfast here is now gone and a thing of the past, it is major downgrade for this property!
